Purchasing Activities Transparency

The Raiffeisen Group Switzerland uses the Xcitec® software solution for its contract and spending management.

The Xcitec® software creates transparency for the Raiffeisen Group regarding all existing contracts with its business partners. These contracts are stored centrally and available throughout the entire company. Important contract information is documented, responsibilities are assigned and a reminder function is set for active contract management. This way, the entire group can take advantage of the best conditions.

In spending management, Xcitec® Spend Analysis consolidates the purchasing volumes from the different ERP systems. Extensive purchasing volume evaluations for material groups and organization levels as well as for cantons and language regions enable a comprehensive overview of company-wide purchasing activities. Demand pooling potential is identified and cost savings achieved.
