How should a company choose the best suppliers with the highest performance and make them long-term, reliable partners? Xcitec® addresses these topics in a workshop at the new BME eSolution Days (eLÖSUNGSTAGEN). During this workshop, titled “From Supplier Self Assessment to Process-Oriented Supplier Qualification”, Xcitec® will present supplier qualification best practices and develop concrete solutions together with participants. Xcitec® will also show visitors proven and new possibilities for reducing costs, minimizing risks and securing sustainability.
The first ever BME eSolution Days will take place on 18-19 March in Bonn. This event offers visitors best practices and new solutions in eProcurement and eSourcing through interaction and expert forums as well as lectures, round tables and workshops. The CPOs from RWE and the Deutsche Post, both Xcitec® customers, will be presenting in the plenum.
The Xcitec® workshop will give participants an extensive overview of the various supplier processes, from registration, to qualification to clearance, as well the integration into a comprehensive supplier management. Concrete solutions will be developed with participants using important aspects from risk management, master data management and compliance, since sustainable competitive advantage is only possible through selecting the right partners.
