Xcitec® powered by SAP NetWeaver, Integration of Xcitec® software into the SAP infrastructure |
Xcitec® System Integration
The software solution is integrated into your company’s IT infrastructure according to your needs and the technical requirements. This includes the integration of ERP systems, QS systems, EAI systems, data warehouses and the integration into the supplier and purchaser portals. The Xcitec® standard software can be completely integrated into SAP NetWeaver. The Xcitec® standard software is accessed via the SAP EP (Enterprise Portal). Data exchange between source and target systems takes place via the SAP XI (Exchange Infrastructure). SAP WAS (Web Application Server) is the application server. Xcitec® supports the integration of its standard software into your company’s IT infrastructure and supports company processes through service-oriented architecture (SOA). At the center of SOA, are services that define the business services which are available in a standardized and cross-platform format. Xcitec® utilizes WebServices to support SOA. Xcitec® services can be integrated into platform-independent SOA environments as well as into SAP Enterprise Service Architecture (ESA). We integrate our software solutions into your company’s IT infrastructure. This integration is designed according to your requirements. Various possibilities are available, including XML, WebServices, EJB, EAI or Flat Files. These enable data exchange between all relevant systems, such as ERP systems, data warehouses, economic information or LDAP servers. For a deep-seated integration of the Xcitec® software solution in your purchasing processes, we provide portal integration into supplier and purchaser portals. Portlets and WebServices are used as basic technologies for this purpose. The Xcitec® software solution can be integrated standardly into Single Sign-On (SSO) environments. This reduces the administrative time and effort for user maintenance and increases user acceptance through the use of just one user identification. The initial data import from the source data systems is based on the data needed according to your requirements. As a result, the data will be taken over with the highest possible automation level. Prior to the data import into the Xcitec® software solution, this data is examined to ensure that it contains accurate information content and that the syntax is correct. |
